Phil Hernandez, Democratic Nominee in House District 94, has been endorsed by Senator Aaron Rouse (VA-7).
“I’m proudly supporting Phil Hernandez because he represents a new generation of leadership in Hampton Roads.” Said Senator Rouse. “In the House of Delegates, he will bring valuable perspectives, more than a decade of policy experience, and an urgency to solve problems that have persisted for far too long. Phil will also stand firm against efforts to roll back fundamental freedoms, from abortion rights to voting rights.”
Spanning the Norfolk shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay, the new 94th District covers much of the northern half of the City from the Port of Virginia to East Beach. The 94th will be one of the most competitive open seats in the Commonwealth this November.
